• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, bots, automation software, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdtaka1 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• The user wishes to voluntarily close their account.
• A Responsible Gaming self-exclusion request has been submitted.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, that balance will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.
